Microbiome Diversity Challenge

Most of us default to eating the same 10 – 15 foods every week.

When you diversify your foods (specifically those from plants) you give your microbiome a boost. Aim for 20 – 30 different plants a week for a more resilient, energized you!

Download this week-long Microbiome Diversity checklist to challenge yourself and see how you do!

Dirty Dozen & Clean 15

The Dirty Dozen and Clean 15 are annual lists released by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) that rank fruits and vegetables based on their pesticide contamination.

The Dirty Dozen are the 12 items with the highest amount of pesticide residues.
The Clean 15 are the 15 items with the lowest amount of pesticide residues.

Keeping this list around helps you decide when it is important to make the choice to buy organic (Dirty Dozen) and when it is ok to buy conventional to save money (Clean 15).

Print the list and put it on your fridge until you get to know them well. Remember to check the latest version each year as the newest information comes out.
