What’s included in the 90 Minute Intensive - Deep Dive to Thrive?
A focused deep dive into your symptoms, pattern, goals, and history – followed by a clear, personalized action plan. You’ll also get a 30-minute follow-up 2-3 weeks later to refine and troubleshoot.
Do you create a fasting plan for me?
Yes. I build a fasting rhythm that matches your current hormonal season (cycling, perimenopause, menopause) and your stress level – so it supports your body instead of backfiring.
Is this medical care? Do you diagnose or treat?
No. This is education and coaching. I don’t diagnose, treat, prescribe or replace medical care. Always work with your licensed provider for medical evaluation and treatment.
